You're satisfied or your money back!

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards.

* Sale or promotional items are not refundable.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.

* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

How do I return an item for a refund?

To return your items, you must download, print and complete our returns form, and include it in the package to be sent back to us at the address indicated on the form.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable (except for defective items).


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or refused.

If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

 

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.

As a second step, we recommend that you contact your credit card issuer and your bank, as the tracking of your bank flows may not be displayed in real time. In addition, there is often a processing time before a refund is processed.
